stream, majestic oaks, rocky outcroppings and an old oil
field. The two-story ranch house with a pool overlooks a
rolling lawn shaded by mature trees.

forested areas, but a wonderful turn-of-the-century, western
town. Mentryville, the old oil boomtown, includes a one-room
schoolhouse, a period barn and a two-story Superintendent's
House.
