Canyon, located in the central portion of the Santa Clarita
Woodlands Park, offers visitors a peaceful haven away from
urban life. This beautiful canyon is rich with diversity.
Native American heritage and early California oil interests
play an important role in local history. Spectacular
geologic formations are exposed brilliantly in "The Narrows"
of Towsley Canyon. Hiking trails abound for the closer
investigation of a variety of plant communities.
